This Privacy Policy explains how BizFalcon AI ("BizFalcon", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use ClientFalcon and related BizFalcon AI products and websites (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Connected platform data — when you authorize a connection (e.g. Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Sheets), we access the data you grant via OAuth, using read scopes only except where you explicitly enable export.
- Usage data — log data, device/browser type, and product interactions used to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
- Provide analytics, reporting, and AI-generated summaries you request.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
- Improve product features and performance.
3. AI processing
We use third-party large language models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate summaries and answers from the data you connect. Connected data is sent to these providers solely to fulfill your requests and is not used by us to train models.
4. Subprocessors
We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, including: Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, database), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI processing). Each processes data only as needed to deliver the Service.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the subprocessors above, when required by law, or with your direction (e.g. exporting to your Google Sheet).
6. Data retention & deletion
We retain data for as long as your account is active. You may disconnect any platform connection at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, scoped OAuth tokens, and access controls. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
